
This could be any day but I only seem to remember it as a dinner option on summer farmers market days. No cooking anything, just a this-and-that-smorgasbord. Big loaf of bread, butter, olive oil, and cheese all out on the table. Bowl of salted cucumbers. Plate of sliced tomatoes. Salamis or smoked salmon. Caprese salad with stone fruit. So easy and not hot and feels bountiful.
