Yunnan Baiyao for Nosebleeds

I randomly got a nosebleed today that wasn’t letting up. I happened to be at my acupuncturist’s office and she said “I have herbs for that!” She opened up one of these capsules and put it on a wet piece of cotton and put it in my nose and it stopped bleeding immediately. She said these are taken internally for other bleeding issues, but I’m so happy to have on hand now for nosebleeds. TCM is amazing! Plants are amazing!
