Reframe Mercury Retrograde

Mercury Retrograde gets such a bad rap! Yes, it is full of glitches and delays and miscommunications. But! BUT! It’s also so good for cleaning out your closets and purging the shit you don’t need and finishing the things you’ve been meaning to finish.

I used to dread it. Then, somehow, my not-particularly-astrology-focused husband started paying attention to it and let me tell you, he is the Mercury Rx hype guy. HE LOVES it. He WAITS for it. Says actual sentences like “Ugh, I can’t wait for Mercury to go retrograde.” He lives for that finishing/letting it go energy. It is such a good reframe!!

Are the glitches and miscommunications annoying? Yes. But also kind of funny if you let them be?? Last night, he and I had a complete miscommunication where we were both rude to each other by accident and I was SO annoyed, and then I thought “oh that was such a classic Mercury misfire” and it depersonalized the whole thing and we laughed and neither of us cared at all anymore.
